SKINNY SALSA JOES 1 lb ground beef, browned 1/2 C salsa 1 8 oz can tomato sauce 1 T brown sugar Combine ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer 10-15 min. Serves 4-6 Serve on toasty sandwich buns. From Goose Berry Farm 5 Ingredients or Less Oven Fried Potatoes
3-4 potatoes, scrubbed, unpeeled 1/4 C grated parmesan cheese 1 T garlic powder 1 T dried parsley Salt & Pepper Olive Oil Slice potatoes into wedges. Generously coat a cookie sheet with olive oil. Place parmesan, garlic powder, parsley & salt/pepper in a gallon size plastic bag & shake to mix. Drop potato wedges in--shake to coat. Bake at 375 for 25-30 min. GRAPE & PEAR SALAD
1/2 C plain yogurt
2 T unsweetened apple juice
1 T sugar
6 C mixed greens
1/2 C halved, seedless red grapes
1 small pear, cubed
2 T chopped pecans
2 T sliced green onion
For dressing, mix yogurt, juice & sugar. Cover & refridgerate for 1 hour. Combine greens, grapes, pear, pecans, onion. Add dressing and toss.

CORN CHOWDER 1 can chicken broth 2 chicken bouillon cubes 1 can cream corn 1 can corn 1/4 C chopped onion & celery 3 C milk Cook onion & celery in 1/4 C butter till tender, add other ingrediants, thicken with a mix of flour & milk. Simmer 20 min. Salt & pepper to taste.

FRIENDSHIP TEA
Mix well - 1 - 9 oz jar orange Tang
1/4 C sugar
1/3 C instant tea
1/2 t cinnamon
1/4 t ground cloves
1 1/2 oz Wyler's lemonade mix
Store in a glass jar.
To make tea - Put 2 teaspoons of mix in a tea cup, fill with boiling water, stir and enjoy.
